My wife and I have been meaning to stop in for a while and finally made it today. We were not disappointed and will be back again, regularly. As far as the menu, your choice is pizza. You can order by the slice or get a whole pizza. Keeping it simple, there's only one size - 18 inch. There are plenty of choices for toppings. The pizza is some of the best I've had! The crust is hand tossed, cooked to perfection. Plenty of gooey cheese. Lots of pepperoni! I forgot how much I loved the little pepperoni until I had it on this pizza. I highly recommend the pepperoni pizza. Drink selection is plentiful. They have a few beers on tap and more in bottles and cans. Their liquor selection is huge - I imagine they can make just about anything you want. Today's popular drink was Bloody Marys. The restaurant itself is very inviting. The kind of place you want to hang out with family and friends. Inside is a large bar and plenty of high-top and regular tables. The area is nice and open. There's a small area with arcade-type games. They have a huge outside area with a lot of seating. There's even a balcony area to look out over the outdoor area. Jay, one of the GMs, made us feel very welcome. He chatted with us and gave everyone equal attention. This is definitely a friendly place. We can't wait to go back, hang out, and have a great time.
21OCT23 - Actually my 2nd visit. First time they were out of pepperoni Service was good pizza was excellent!! Yes, even the one I got w/o pepperoni Glad to see some authentic NY pizza without going all the way to Wake Forest.
Absolutely love the vibe in here! This old real estate office turned tavern has done a phenomenal job with the layout and design. The bartender was super friendly and accommodating. We were here arounds lunch but they weren't serving food quite yet. If you're in Youngsville, this is the spot you want to check out.
Rustic old home converted to a restaurant. Good crowd. We were leaving as group of 30 something’s coming in. Hate we missed them they looked like they were about to throw down. Pizza is good but a little greasy. Need a gluten free option for my wife. We will be back.
My wife and I decided to try HomeSlice after taking a nice walk at nearby DeHart Gardens. The weather was beautiful and HomeSlice was a perfect place to enjoy it. The beer and Cocktails were great. The Pizza looked and smelled terrific and tasted even better, with a crust that was crisp yet airy for a great bite! The back yard has shade from a huge oak and many dogs and children - but not too many. We’ve circled it on the map to come back soon
We ate here for the first time on Sat 5/31/25. We had some beers at the bar and ordered a pizza to go. Bartenders were very friendly and not a long wait at all on the pizza. Which speaking of - hot damn that was the best Philly Steak Pizza we’ve ever had! We’ll be back!!
This place is amazing! The pizza is crispy, cheesy and absolutely delicious. Great service. Staff is super friendly and very attentive. Dog friendly. This is my new favorite spot. Buffalo style pepperonis.... If you know you know!
Amazing new spot popped in today for a bit, didn't try the pizza but we will be back. Love the outdoor space and they have a duck machine which always makes Jeepers happy, will plan a jeep event here one Sunday as we love to support local and try new places and pet friendly is always a plus.
